• Evaluation and preparation of Financial Model of the Project (mainly Renewable Energy & Project under PPP Model i.e. DBOOT,BOOT & EPC etc).
• Interacting with Lead and Consortium Bankers (Govt. Bank/Private/FIIs) for the Execution of Loan documents and Term Sheet for various Credit facilities.
• Liaisoning with Municipality, State Govt. Water Department, State Electricity Regulatory for the Concession Agreement, EPC, O&M Agreement and Power Purchase Aagreement.
• Monitoring the different Condition Precedents and Conditions Subsequent relating to a Debt facility are its compilation on timely basis and co-ordination with Lenders Engineer, Legal counsels and other agencies.
• Dealing with Bankers for arrangement of LC, BG as per requirement and keeping track of ABG & PBGs from Vendors.
