An Environmental Professional with over 10 years of working experience in the domain of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management, Risk & Liabilities, and Environmental Sustainability. I have hand-on working experience in countries of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal and managed several projects in African region (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Ghana and Uganda) and Israel. I have also completed one year program in leadership and management in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

I am a Postgraduate in Environment Management and presently working as Senior Consultant with Environmental Resources Management (ERM), India. I have experience in managing and conducting more than 200 EHS projects including Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) as per ASTM Standard E 1527-13, EHS Due-Diligence Assessments (EHSDD), EHS Compliance Assessment, Permitting Support, Post-Merger Integration, Environmental and Social Due Diligence assessments (ESDD), Environmental Risks, Reputational Risk and Liability Assessments, Financial Reserve Analysis, Phase II Soil and Groundwater Investigations, ESG Audits as per IFC Performance Standards as a part of the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) including Joint Ventures (JVs), Acquisitions, Divestitures, Site Closure, Asset Retirement, any property/asset transaction of operational facilities on behalf of US, European and Asian Multinational Corporations, investment banks and top tier PE firms.
