Drive the Marketing, Branding, Advertising function for optimum long term value. Keep abreast with industry trends, competition activities and new opportunities. Create a strong, result-oriented team at regional level which can execute to the plan and scale up for the growth.

Ensure high quality delivery based customer satisfaction with appropriate measurement and monitoring systems. Manage tight control on sales expenses, cost of fulfillment and contribution to the bottom-line

Establish strong relationships in the Ecosystem, with channel partners, distributors / dealers, industry bodies, key customers etc be an active part of the corporate management team, contributing in evolving organizational strategy, policies and culture

I have successfully handled product portfolios for LCD TV's / Air Coolers/Appliances/ Consumer Electronics / Durables, White goods, Fans, Brown goods and Kitchen Appliances, as a Branch Head, Regional Head & National Head.

I have always been a leading big sales and marketing teams, and leading from front on aspects of Sales strategy and Revenue stream ling, People management and Leadership are my key strengths.

Currently manage the business for M/s PKL Limited It encompasses both top lines and bottom lines.

I re-joined PKL Limited as a Vice President at their corporate office at Hyderabad. Complete responsible for entire Pan India business for the company includes ATL & BTL activities of the company.

Also worked at M/s BPL Ltd as Regional Manager handled North region as well South regions and previous to that worked at Orient Fans.

Instrumental for creating 900 Direct Retail Outlets on Pan India basis besides 5000 sub dealers under the distribution channel.
