Vacancy for Senior.Officer(shift officer)

Responsibilities:
¨ Production in-charge from A 10 Blow room to Ring Spinning and R1 Open end spinning.
¨ Production in-charge from Mixing to cone packing till shipment of containers
¨ Analysing of Uster Spectrograms, Diagrams and location of the defects in various departments for rectification and conducting in process Control Studies.
¨ Conducting of Work-Study and Time Studies.
¨ Conducting the studies related to Machine Audit, End Breaks, Waste Study, Machine production, machine utilisation, in various departments.
¨ Optimisation of Process Parameters, Preparing Spin Plans and Maintenance Budget
¨ Conducting Special Studies Experiments to achieve Uster 5% Quality levels.
¨ Training for the new trainees to work on the machine.
¨ Implementation and maintaining of ISO-9002 quality system as an internal quality Auditor.
¨ Co-coordinator for the Quality Circles and solve the day to day problems regarding work methods
¨ Conducting Quality Circle Activities on a regular weekly basis
¨ Conducting periodical reviews to gauge progress of workers and junior staff.
