Job Description:
. Good written and verbal communication skill.
. Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.
· Generating new prospects; Developing and managing excellent rapport with laboratories, hospitals and doctors at local level.
· Helping the customer calling in to get our services - in time
· Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.
· Guiding the franchises/client in availing best schemes from company.
· Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.
· Helping Franchisee in maintaining quality, cost and speed of our services.
· Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.
· Driving active awareness of the brand, messaging, positioning and marketing.
· Responsible for all business activities including (but not limited to) campaign execution, product / program execution, event management and associated marketing / business initiatives.
· Additional responsibilities, tasks and duties may be assigned on temporary or regular basis depending upon business needs.
