Job Descriptionir ticketing – Issuing domestic and International sectors tickets in with

AMADEUS CRS System / GALILEO CRS System and Airline Ticketing Portal.

• · International Air Ticket Booking and Reservation
  
• · Knowledge of All IATA City/Airport and SRS Code
  
• · Handling Corporate client queries of Air Ticket and Hotel Bookings
  
• · Making Tour Itineraries as per requirement ( Domestic/International)
  
• · Issuing Customize and Tailor made Tour Packages (Domestic/International)
  
• · Attending customer queries by mail or Phone of Corporate.
  
• · Attending customer requirement for Air Ticketing and Tour Packages.
  
• · Support customer to select best options, Issuance & Re-issuance of air tickets
  
• · Should be well versed with Amadeus.
