Educational Qualification: PG Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate in the field of Travel & Tourism
Min. Experience: 1.5-2 years. Experience in the field of Travel & Tourism will be preferred.

·   Key Duties/Responsibilities:
·   Preparing Inbound (Domestic) and Outbound (International) Travel Packages
·   Ticketing through Galileo Software
·   Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
·   Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events
·   Preparing Travel vouchers & Tickets
 

Skills Required:
·   Good Communication skills, both written and verbal.
·   Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions
·   Understanding of market and product- Theoretical knowledge of Destinations/hotels/transport-Flight, Car, bus, Cruise, Train/Visa/Costing of packages.
·   Competent IT skills.
·   Candidate should be Well dressed and presentable.
·   Pleasant and outgoing personality.
·   Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·   Ability to persuade and influence others.
·   Candidate should be Patient, self motivated, Committed, Positive and Hardworking.
·   Good attention to detail
·   Well organised
