Service Advisor

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 2 year Relevant experience as Service Advisor in a Premium brand automotive dealership

Must have Diploma in Automotive

Should have good communication skills in Arabic and English

Job Description:

To be the customer champion and deliver exceptional customer service.

To accurately invoice for all work completed, and provide initial diagnoses of vehicle faults.

Pro-actively communicate with customers if additional work is required, explain safety, cost and time impact. Take details of vehicle historyand faults, provide customer with an estimate of time and cost.

Understand customers on going vehicle requirements and up-sell additional services and products to customers to increase profitability of theservice centre.

Plan all jobs effectively to optimise workshop utilisation, offer additional services to customers when the workshop not working to capacity.
