Job Specifications:

Must have minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience as a Assistant Service Advisor in a Premium brand automotive dealership

Good Communication skills in English and Arabic

Must be Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

They provide customer service in car dealerships and act as a liaison between mechanics and vehicle owners.

They check the customers complaints, assessing their vehicle repair needs, answering to inquiries, estimating costs, recommending alternatives, placing repair orders.

They demonstrate vehicle repair knowledge, customer service orientation, computer competencies
