Order Management
Manage the Estimate order process
Understand the Product, Design
Direct interaction with Client
Synchronize with Sales and Marketing teams by using the in house
software
Obtain information required to process order (Product reference
details, billing dates, product codes etc.)
Ensure appropriate approvals are taken prior to Estimate
submission
Ensure pricing calculators and / or product – specific checklists are
completed prior to estimate submission
Communicate clearly to the department head and general client
needs, making sure to provide time frames and set client
expectation are met accordingly
Escalate all delays to internal department’s heads where
interaction is required
Relationship Management
Establish Key client relationships in order to facilitate improved
administration and customer satisfaction
Manage and resolve external and internal queries relating to
Estimate /order Status, client account information
Assist clients with Data Declarations
Keep the client updated on the progress of work partner with
relevant groups internally to deliver the finished product on set
time frames.
Ensuring follow-up actions are completed and keep the
departments Heads in the Loop.
Liaise with sales and clients for issues relating to customer
administration issues.
Act as mentor / coach to new hires and existing staff as required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Being, persuasive with client
Always look out for new opportunities to sell
Being Solution Provider to the Client and Being Courteous
Keen understanding of the entire gamut of sales and Marketing with
Jewellery background.
