Key Responsibilities :

We requires Marketing Engineering with flair for visiting construction / project sites and checking requirements of Gratings, Cable Trays, Hand rails, etc.

Responsible for development & performance of all sales activities in assigned market for Indiana product profiles namely viz. Gratings, Cable Management Systems, Hand Rails. Establishes the plans & strategies to expand customer base in the assigned territorial locations.

Ensure achievement of Periodic sales Targets; Develop business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales goals namely Product wise Order Booking & profitability in line with Annual Business Plan. Develop New Markets and clients besides retaining existing client base.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Maintain up-to-date Market Intelligence. Online competition analysis w.r.t. Product & Industry segment.

  • To maintain up-to-date MIS; ensure regular status reporting & market scenario analysis thereof.

  • Secure profitable business in line with regional marketing strategy; to ensure process & systems improvements besides sound commercial & contractual management.

  • Managing the sales, marketing operations and accountable for increasing the sales.

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Good Communication skill, Hardworking & Growth Oriented.

  • Develop & maintain relationship with new and existing clients.

  • Self Motivated.
