Job Description:

  • Maintenance of Personnel Records.
  • Knowing Salary computation, taxation, form 16 and Entry & Exit formalities in Spine software.
  • Handling database for Performance Appraisal, Training & Upgrading.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT Act & Laws, compliance with regulatory and government bodies.
  • Data handling in Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Working towards increasing efficiency.

· With experience, Job responsibilities would be enriched or enlarged to infuse professionalism in future.

Skills Set:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management from a professional institute preferable.
  • Excel, Ms Office knowledge, V-look up.

· Spine payroll & HRMS software knowledge
