Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing
o To implement Sales Policy & Strategy through marketing team & after sales marketing team (ASM).
o To carry out analysis of marketing inquiries / leads received from various sources.
o To evaluate & approve costing & estimation.
o Own and monitor top and bottom line, sales pipeline, and inventory of Ex-stock products ( Heat Exchangers / Pressure vesseles / Process Equipment - ANFDs / RVPDs/ Filters/ Dryers/ Reactors other capital goods etc.)
o To Market Company's Products & Solutions.
o Expand Ex-stock series to more variations and products.
o Execute the sales cycle for ex-stock.
o Launch Ex-stock after market test through channel model / with new sales medium
o Identify new customers in small to medium scale industries
o To implement marketing policy.
o Execute the sales cycle for ex-stock.
o Increase actual sales of Ex-stock (Process Equipment Filters / Dryers) in different region
o Improve or continuously update Ex-stock product line features by incorporating customer voice/feedback, market price of the future.
o Design go-to market strategy and incentivize channel partners to go after right market segments, competitors, and close particular volume of the business
o To execute timely payment collection in line with agreed sales payment terms.
o Develop pricing strategies as per the Business objective and customer satisfaction
o To carry out review & monitor job progress in line with committed delivery to customer.
o Review & monitor staff productivity to ensure optimum performance
o Motivating, retention and career growth of the team
o To collect customers feedback on products / company's performance & to represent to management results of the same.
