Job Description:-

Manage Site teams and
resources
Supervise and manage all
people in the accounting hub
Maintain proper
organizational structure and participate in team member selection
Evaluate performance and
development of direct reports with regular performance feedback that ties
to career development plans
Understand and communicate
Qualcomms long-term and short-term objectives to teams in the hub
Deliver services in line
with defined performance requirements
Develop strategies to build
self-sufficiency of hub staff by developing and reporting on service level
agreements and performance measurement procedures for service levels
(KPIs)
Work with GPOs to understand
and implement methods to improve work processes, enhance quality,
productivity, and service
Carry out periodic
evaluations of all hub activities on an on-going basis and propose
recommendations to improve results
Maintain customer
satisfaction, reporting, quality compliance, and control for the site
Build and maintain
relationships across functions, business units, and geographies
Maintain hub budget,
balancing cost efficiencies and economies of scale with high levels of
customer satisfaction
Ensure that accounting hub
processes and systems comply with Qualcomms global policies and procedures
Understand and communicate
the impact of financial rules and stipulations (e.g. tax guidelines) on
key aspects of hub responsibility
Perform high-level review of
periodic results, identify unusual trend variations, and investigate and
resolve any exceptions or inconsistencies
Capture and action on
cross-functional synergies
Ensure communication and
coordination within and across teams in line with GPO specifications and
requirements
Understand resource
utilization and propose ideas to balance work across teams
Learn about technological
innovations in accounting and finance and propose ideas for how technology
can be utilized across teams in the hub
