Project Manager

Job Description:-

·       
Responsible for Project management activities for System test area

·       
Drive Behavior Driven development, Test Automation, Test Environment
setup & Continuous Delivery/ Continuous Integration for the products under
test

·       
Ensure Implementing and delivering scalable, maintainable, configurable,
portable and robust test automation frameworks

·       
Responsible for Creating Roadmap, Identifying Improvements , Planning
& Prioritizing backlog for the team to address all activities within the
system test area

·       
Identify test management and reporting tools to provide effective
reporting

·       
Liaising effectively with clients and key stakeholders about the overall
status of test automation initiatives

·       
Manage & Mentor Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery using Behavior
Driven Development and principles

·       
Work in collaboration with multiple project teams in different locations
on new strategies & initiatives

·       
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement & drive
root cause analysis within System test purview

·       
Capabilities demonstrating Cross functional work with Development
,Testing & Configuration teams
