Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and answer calls
• Maintain attendance registry for employees and visitor
• Manage the day to day activities of the office
• Maintain the billings and keep accurate financial records handle all co ordination within internal teams.
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Organise conference and meeting room bookings Monitor and maintain office equipment & control inventory relevant to reception area.
• Independently manage and answer office mail and coordinate & track office courier

• Salary: 8k-10k Per Month.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: 6 Month to 2 Years
• Communication: Fluent in English , Hindi, Bengali.
• Computer Knowledge: Ms Office, Excel, Internet, Letter Drafting
