Job Description

Responsible for facility management & audit of all disciplines in the estate.

Personally checks all the common area MEP installations VIZ: dg/ Transformer/ STP/ Water filtration plant/ Swimming pool systems/ Electrical Distribution systems/ CCTV/ Access/ intercom/ Drainage System/ Rain Water Harvesting/ Plumbing System/Earthing, Civil Work etc in common area
Check all the flats -Electrical Points, MCB, Meter, Fan, Intercom Point/VDP and other electrical installations, distribution system within the flat
Prepare a snag and hand over to Transition i/c. Once done by project, check the identified snags once again.
Takeover all utilities post commissioning and trials.
Prepare operational snags for utilities and get them rectified from projects.
Input for any modification well in advance which can improve system performance

Qualifications

Multi site/Mult location operations skills.
Good Personal and Client Management skills. Vendor management skills.
Manpower management, Coordination skills, Systems & Process oriented, Eye for details of defects/snags, Strong knowledge of MEP works.
Strong Maintenance background, Knows all maintenance jugads.
Presence of mind and quick response time.
Good follow up skills/ Review skills. Technical knowledge of all utilities.

Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical, Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical
PG - Any Postgraduate
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
