Senior Engineer (Electrical / HVAC)

Reporting to the maintenance manager / operation manager
Lead a team of engineers, assistant engineers, supervisors and technicians
Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities maintenance activities including preventive maintenance and system upgrading/retrofitting
Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities operational activities including walk-through inspections and corrective maintenance works
Manage outsourced term contractors to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance works
Responsible for achieving availability, maintainability, reliability and safety standards
Conduct due diligence inspections of buildings and M&E/ HVAC systems and submit report
Liaise with Government departments for work coordination and technical clearances
