JOB Description:

The Position
The company seeks to further expand with the addition of Business Development and Corporate Sales Managers who will hold the ability to further develop their career within the business. Core Responsibilities:
• Find New clients, negotiating and closing new strategic partnerships with the most respected companies both nationally and internationally
• International travel whilst brokering and optimizing strategic partnerships may be required
• Identify and develop new business online opportunities and lead acquisition initiatives
• Leverage from existing online channel partners to replicate relationships in global markets
• Achieve/exceed challenging qualified lead acquisition and sales targets in line with the business strategy
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years relevant business development or corporate sales required having generated vast revenues
• Can Do / Winner attitude essential with a hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed
• The role holder will be highly self-motivated and self-directed, and will also be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and capable of operating as part of a team
• Initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision required
• Relevant degree/diploma/qualification from a respected institution
• Experience with maintaining professional relationships remotely
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation and account management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong interest in progressing his/her online marketing, business development and relationship management capabilities
