  • Targets group accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation
  • Develops relationships within the corporates to strengthen and expand customer base for group sales opportunities.
  • Developing strategic policies and programs for corporate travel
  • Promoting and marketing the business offline, sometimes to new or niche markets
  • Working  to build group proposals for end clients and presenting it to them
  • Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations
  • Accompanying the groups on trips (Domestic & International)
  • Maximize revenue by upselling group packages
  • Establish and develop trusted senior level business relationships to build long-term partnerships
  • Actively introduce new ideas, techniques, and project suggestions to customers that enhance the value of their relationship
