Business Development Executive

1. Achieve business targets.
2. Acquisition of new corporate business accounts in the lines of general and medical insurance.
3. Liaise with existing clients and maintain warm relationship.
4. Develop business relationships region wise and achieves the target.
5. Tap into new regions. Analyze the market, spot the opportunities and develop a strategic business development plan.
6. Plan for long term relationship with clients by understanding the needs and be the informational source for the clients.
7. Make use of past client relationships, referrals and get actively involved with interest groups, to build a professional relationship.
8. Timely respond to all client enquiries in a professional way, follow up with them for renewals.
9. Effectively handle client queries on claims; follow up on receivables.
10. 1-2 years of experience in upselling insurance products in an insurance company or broker house
Knowledge:
1.Must understand inside-out dynamics of the insurance industry in UAE – market, products, laws and regulations.
2.Knowledge in general insurance and medical insurance.
3.Excellent skills in communication and negotiation.
4.Exceptional selling skills and aggressive mind set.
5.Impeccable communication skills in English.
6.Customer-centric approach to drive business.
7.Admirable professional demeanor in carrying out organizational activities at its best.
8.Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
