My professional career has spanned across a period of 15 years at some of India`s most recognized organizations. Having spent a substantive period of time between these organizations and grown to leadership positions, I have acquired a reasonable amount of expertise to lead and excel in a competitive and ambitious work environment.

I am currently associated with Morningstar India Pvt Ltd. as it`s Senior Operations Manager. In my current role, I have been part many successful process integrations and transition. It was particularly satisfying for me to be at the helm of it execution and seeing it establish as the most efficient process.

Collaboration with domestic as well as international colleagues remain key for success of the projects/process. Domain knowledge, building and empowering teams, developing strategy, providing the coaching and mentoring and understanding the new age of how the data can be showcased is another key aspect in which I have a significant exposure. With about 15 years of work experience, spanning across data industry and six of these with Morningstar, I have a vantage point to comprehend how this would evolve in the near future.

These are both challenging and interesting times. The scheme of things are bigger than what it used to be a decade ago and would be vastly different a decade from now. Much bigger, more dynamic and excitingly vibrant and the approach to this will have to be multi-dimensional and we need to be much more focused on automation and also on how we can smarter, quicker and nicer.

I look forward to this opportunity where I can effectively utilize my expertise acquired over the years, build teams and also new business practices and acquire new skill sets.
