Being a food technologist from Jadavpur University having more than 26 years experience in food industries specially in bakery, beverages and confectionary I have worked in India, Bangladesh and Nigeria with some reputed companies. I have worked with some internationally reputed bakery consultants. I used to work as an operation head, or quality control head or factory head to look after the total management. Presently working as the technical consultant with companies nearby Kolkata.
