A licensed Civil Engineer, with a two and a half year working experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating both in feasibility studies and detailed engineering design (previously focusing on hydroelectric power plants and water supply system projects in the Philippines).

Software skills includes: Microsoft Excel, AutoCad, Primavera P6 R8.2, STAAD Pro V8i and Civil 3d.

Knows how to identify and quantify cost factors such as production time and raw material, hauling prices, equipment and labor expenses; Factored and Parametric Cost Estimating; Cost Escalate with the use of Price Index Factors and uses Solid Geometry for Quantity Take offs.
