Duties :

1/review the shop drawings and checking the fabricated materials matching or not
2/ arrange erection plan.
3/ materials inspection on site.
4/ alignment works for columns and beams.
5/ coordinate with materials suppliers.
6/ arrange with the consultant for final inspections.
7/ coordinate between each of main contractor and clients.

Notes :

Review the shop drawing :

Checking the following for each steel member as per shop drawings :
1-length.
2- width.
3- height.
4-thickness of each side.
5-paint thickness as per the method of statement.
6-visual inspection for welding points.
7- the total holes and the diameters for each hole for beams and columns
8- bolts checking ( types / length / diameters ) as per method of statement .
9- bolts tightening force using torque wrench machine.
