Relevant work experience in Feasibility study, Basic Design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detail Design(EPC) projects (Refinery, gas condensate refinery, gas plant and petro-chemical); preparation and checking PFD ,P&ID, DPDT, Safeguarding Diagrams; pipeline sizing and hydraulics calculations for single and two phase systems and handling crude or gas systems; Calculation and evaluation of safety relief systems , Depressurizing and blow down calculation, control valves, pumps, two phase and three phase separators, drums, filters; Thermal rating of heat exchangers, Handling of process simulation software’s as ASPEN PLUS, UNISIM, HYSYS, PRO MAX, PIPESIM, FLARE NET and PRO II, Handling heat exchanger design software’s as HTRI, HTFS and ASPEN B.JAC. Experienced in HAZOP, IPF and Safety review meetings. Working experience with licensed packages such as UOP, AXENS, HALDOR TOPSOE, LURGI, and TECHNIP. Working experience with API, SHELL DEP, PTS, IPS & Foster Wheeler standards, In addition, foreign working experience in the following countries:

– Copenhagen, Denmark, HALDOR TOPSOE
– Muscat, Oman, WORLEY PARSONS (PDO – SHELL Feed office)
