Highly established HSE professional with an undisputable background, experience, and series of accomplishments achieved in the HSE management field, all gained throughout the years on various projects at the EPCM, primary level.
With over 17 yrs. managing HSE DEPT. operations established on major EPCM projects recognized world-wide, mega billion $$ projects, all with excellent HSE project results. With over 30+ years in the industry, oil and gas, construction field, with extensive knowledge of all discipline operations.
Application, implementation to the fullest extent: OSHAS 18001/ISO-140001/ISO-9001 IMS Systems, Co. and client HSE policies, standards and procedures must be compliant,
Establishment of safe working environment for all personnel, and maintaining acceptable ALARP conditions is a must.
HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, JSA’S are all fundamental tools, and go in-line with project core values-project production.
Adhering to co. and client HSE policies, standards and procedures are mandatory, and a zero-tolerance attitude is applied towards high-risk activities lacking proper, adequate safety precautionary measures. Failure to follow project HSE standards and procedures are all addressed with a zero-tolerance mentality, dealt with severely.

What makes me stand out above the rest is a total commitment, and determination dedicated towards the personal safety of all personnel involved on the project, covered at 360°. Nothing is overlooked, or taken for granted. We do our best to try to adhere to project schedules, we don’t accept short-cuts, and will always find the proper solution to perform project activities in the safest manner available, with risk factors as low as reasonably possible (ALARP).
HSE will never compromise an individual’s personal safety, or safety of others for project production, issues addressed on the site, and through coordination meetings, and closed, permitting project activities to progress. This is effective HSE management, and it’s my approach.

Successfully completed my last project as HSE SITE PROJECT MGR. in Khabarovsk, Russian Federation, Refinery Hydroprocessing expansion project with tie-in to existing refinery facilities. TR-HSE project recognition for OUTSTANDING HSE PROJECT PERFORMANCE, with over 10,000,000 (million mh) generated w/o LTI’S. MP at peak 2,200 personnel, a major milestone for the co. and project core objectives.
Continued with TR in Canada as SR. HSE SITE ADVISOR (HSE MAIN FOCAL POINT SITE OPERATIONS) for two different projects in Alberta, Canada, NWR Redevelopment project Edmonton, and CNRL Horizon in Ft. McMurray.

Although I did not complete my Bachelors program 35 years ago, a title completely irrelevant, and useless for HSE site project management, I do sincerely believe if major top EPC'S, and clients such as SAUDI ARAMCO, EXXONMOBIL, FOSTER WHEELER, GE, ALSTOM, TECNICAS REUNIDAS, GROUP ENI, SNAMPROGETTI, SAIPEM, governing mega projects world-wide, entrusted their project HSE SITE management, all with excellent project results, there is an obvious, and logical reason behind their decision, and trust.

There is no substitution for experience, and this, with a total commitment to HSE management is what I can offer, and guarantee, past project results confirm.

My main objective: Nobody gets hurt on the job!
