*Managing quality department which includes quality operations, solving quality issues by implementing creative quality tools and building amicable relationship with the suppliers for the long term benefit of the company.
*Checking quality of the components through using layout inspection, stage wise inspection and barrier audit.
*Accountable for booking and documenting new components by doing initial sample inspection.
*Preparing PPAP for clients; managing customer grievance.
*Liaising with suppliers and internal department; doing internal & supplier audit.
*Responsible for conducting training session as and when required, on-job training to the employees and meetings with all clients at senior and middle level & DIR (Do it Right) meeting along with workers.
*Acting as a member of quality circle and creating control plans & FMEA of components during pre-launch & during production and various types formats used in a shop floor.
*Leading a team in effective and motivate.
