I enjoy woking on any given assignment with high quality and responsibility within given time. Knowledge, time management and confidence are the things I value more and I believe its very important to acheive the goals.
I have completed Ph. D in Crop Physiology with the research experience in the area of basic plant physiology and molecular biology, hormone signalling, gene expression, nutrient physiology and seed physiolgy. I am highly enthusiastic to learn about new scienctific technologies and working on it to enrich my knowledge and experience.
Currently I am working on product development segment in the fertilizer industry, wherein I am involved in the following key responsibilities;
1.Crop and Stage specific speciality water soluble fertilizer development for foliar and fertigation.
2.Supporting innovative product development team (Ex.-Growth regulators/ pesticides/ Seed coating products) in understanding the physiological regulation of a compound, mode of action and its expected phenotype in crops.
3. Protocol development for product screening and new product evalution at glass house/ R&D field.
4. Field agronomy team management.
5. Developing nutrient packages for crops
I am looking for an oppotunity wherin I can effectively utilize my Crop molecular physiology knowledge for developing new products- Plant growth regulators/ biostimulants/ herbicides/ pesticides.
Given an opportunity I will definitely prove the importance of a physiology in any sector of agriculture/ plant science.
