I have 17 years’ experience of Projects management at Operation companies within the upstream / downstream/ Midstream Oil and Gas.
- Manage and Coordinate Multi-discipline Projects on,
- Offshore (Production Platforms, Storage off-loading units, and Construction).
- Onshore (Refineries, Petrochemicals, Chemical Fertilizer plants, LNG and GTL) and (Midstream) ).
Including Feasibility study, FEED / EPC/ EPCM until Project final closeout, emphasis on HSEQ, Budgets, Schedule and client satisfaction to ensure project phases are completed pre-defined Timelines & Budgets.
- Familiar with Plant (shutdown/ Maintenance) expansions, MOC Facilities Modification Proposal (FMP).
- Managing EPC/ EPCM contract for Brown/ Green field.
