As the BDM for an Advertising & Event Management Agency in Abu Dhabi. On a daily basis I meet with my team to be briefed about their tasks and action plan as well assist them if needed. Implementing an organization’s business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals. I also manage the pipeline workload between Abu Dhabi & Dubai Branch to insure effectiveness and fast delivery for any given project. I Work on online platforms and traditional platforms to market the Agency.

To summarize I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company work closely with every other department within the organization to ensure productivity, efficiency, and profitability margins are met on a consistent basis.
