Nader Azar

My name is Nader Nicolas AZAR, I am Lebanese 35 years old married, I have two kids and I live in Antelias- Lebanon.
I am currently working for Hydromar Sal and North & South Sal as Accounting & Finance Manager for both firms which are specialized in the marine engineering, dredging and contracting.
I would like to state that I have participated and implemented a QMS- Quality Management System - ISO 9001 to the Company I am working for and I held a Certificate of Achievement in 2013 which allow me to conduct the internal audit twice per year. In addition I have pursued the CMA courses in 2006 and I hold a certificate of attendance in this regard.
I can assure that I have gained a wide experience during the fifteen years I have worked in several industries and positions.
I am a good listener and I have a good communications skills to negotiate and interact with the stakeholders. I can lead a number of staff and perform several tasks at the same time since I can differentiate urgent matter and can segregate duties for the interest of my firm.
As an Accounting Manager, I passed by several positions where I had the chance to perform and expertise several duties such as filing system, physical inventories and procurement process and some IT issues, and where I supported some newly recruited staff and provided them with training in addition to the direct duties related to the accounting and financial work (Payment as per the ageing reports, and follow up on the Cie's receivables and appoint someone to collect Cheques etc... not to forget special reports for each project and common reports like OPEX performed at the end of each month).
On the other hand I had the opportunity to work closely with the HR department and sometimes individually when to hire a new personnel and register them in the NSSF, assign their duties and give them training.
