B) Maintenance of Uncoiler, coilcar, Plate Cold shear, Conveyors, Continues Roller hearth Furnace, pinch rolls & Plate Levelers in Cut to Length & Overhead Cranes.
C) Hydraulic, pneumatic, pump house, cranes, Hot & Cold shears etc.

A) Production planning in Round Mill.
B) Production Review & Corrective action for Increase production in TMT.
C) Control Parameter in CTL.
D) Production Of SS Flat.

Project

A) Erection & commissioning of 22” Hot Rolling Mill (RFTL), 20mt Reheating Furnace. Rolling Mill has capacity of 120000 ton production of Stainless Steel Flat (200mm width).
B) I am involved in implemented SAP (Version: ECC-6.0) system in SHAH Alloys Ltd. I was core team member from our plant.(04 months)
C) I was involving in project of 20ton per hours Pusher type Reheating furnace in Hans ispat ltd.(06 months)
D) Erection & commissioning of Cut to Length Line with roller hearth furnace& 50 ton heavy leveler. Its process is uncoiling of Stainless steel plate coil, cut coil in length, Online Annealing & quenching of plate & straightening of the plate. Its production capacity is 50000ton per annually. It has all types of machinery like mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. (3 years).
