Start-Up and Shut-down of process trains and equipment during normal operations and emergencies.

• Familiar with ABB DCS SYSTEM 800 XA operating with REUSE library objects having BUREAU of SAFETY and ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT (formerly MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE) of USA and NORSOLK standards.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of Emerson Delta V Distributed Control System, with fieldbus foundation for upstream oil plant in FPSO
• Knowledgeable in the operation of YOKOGAWA CS CENTUM 3000 Distributed Control System with FIELDBUS FOUNDATION for upstream gas plant
• Knowledgeable in the proper operation of Gas lift Compressor with a pressure of 150 bars injecting in Subsea Well Annulus
• Knowledgeable in operation of SUBSEA SYSTEM with FMC DCS
• Knowledgeable in the operation of OIL PRODUCTION, OIL SEPARATION, GAS SWEETENING (Amine Plant), GLYCOL REGENERATION PLANT, GAS COMPRESSION, F&G system in FLOATING PRODUCTION STORAGE and OFFSHORE LOADING (FPSO)
• Knowledgeable in the operation of SUBMERGE TURRET PRODUCTION (STP) SYSTEM
• Knowledgeable in the operation of SUBSEA UTILITIES.
• Responsible in executing functional test of all SAFETY devices, i.e. FIRE and GAS Detection, PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE and LEVEL.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of 2 x 10 Million Std. Cu. Mtr./day of Sales Gas GE TURBO EXPANDER/RECOMPRESOR unit
• Knowledgeable in GAS CONDITIONING, GAS DEHYDRATION, GAS TREATMENT, Tri Ethylene Glycol Regeneration System , OFF GAS REGENERATION SYSTEM, Flare System
• Knowledgeable in GAS TREATMENT and export facilities to dehydrate gas and control dewpoint of produced gas from reservoir to meet gas pipeline specification
• Knowledgeable in HYDROCARBON PROCESSING
• Knowledgeable in WELLHEAD operation
• PROCESS and UTILITIES Operations of a 2500 metric tons per day Gas Methanol Plant, Steam-Gas Reforming, Distillation System, Reformed Gas Compression and Synthesis Gas Compression.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of SIEMENS TELEPERM XP Distributed Control System, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and operation of 3x250 MW SIEMENS V94.3A Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant, 3x480 tons/hrHP steam ALSTOM Waste Heat Recovery Boiler, 2x150 MW SIEMENS NG 90/90 Back Pressure Steam Turbine, 2x360 tons/hrSaturated steamALSTOM Aux Boiler and plant auxiliaries, 40 MIGD Desalination Plant.
• Experience in Operation and Maintenance of 9 x 30 MW GE Gas Turbine Power Barge Plant and its auxiliaries
• Actively involve in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and normal operation of the given plants.
