5- I have worked consultancy side, Maintenance and have been involved in the design phase of projects
6- I have a required working knowledge of construction standard.
7- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential
8- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary Mechanical team
9- Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way.
