My name is Kailash Chandra Palariya. Having a great personality and communication skills I am very passionate to my profession. A servant hearted always ready to serve. I have done diploma in Restaurant Management in 2014 with an implant training with ITC Grand Chola in food and beverage service for 6 months and have worked with some of the best hospitality brands in India.
Currently pesuing BBA and working as a f&b captain and skilfully managed the F&B department at The Fern Hotels and Resorts. Achieving all the goals and at the same time winning the faith of my juniors and seniors is the base of my leadership skill. Having the knowledge of P&L, CVP ratios, relationship of cost and sales, budget working and budget breakdown, f&b cost and efficient cost controlling. Kindly find attached my CV.
