Highly trained, hardworking, confident, mature, self-motivated, responsible, reliable, skilled Engineer with demonstrated Facilities Management, operation, consultancy and Construction Management, experienced gained through many years of practical works covering a broad range of commercial FM and projects in the Middle East (Qatar, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates).

With a PMP, certification from PMI-USA, MBA- Marketing degree, B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mech. (HVAC specialization) and over 26 years’ experience working in the Middle East in engineering roles, I will bring a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on experience in planning, executing, compliance verification, and problem solving and successfully delivering the project objectives while complying with all stakeholders requirements..

My work experience includes technical involvement on Facilities Management, construction projects, and project management responsibilities, from concept stage to completion, including Project technical and contractual reviews, execution, testing and commissioning, approvals, recommendations, corrective and preventive actions, monitoring works progress, program planning, payment certificates, and participating in project reviews, and integration management, including change management.

My project work includes extensive experience of Facilities Management, Trouble shooting, day to day operation retro-commissioning and final verification of completed works, construction compliance assessments, contract documentation compliance reviews, project specification approval, standards and authority requirements compliance, completion certificate assessments, co-ordination and compliance reviews, payment certification approval with projects including Municipality office tower, West Bay, Doha; and HVAC testing and commissioning work at++ Ras Abu Fontas Power Station, Qatar.
