I have had extensive experience working at DNATA as the Reservation and Sales Supervisor. My various responsibilities were very diverse ranging from providing full and comprehensive services to all customers and network offices world wide in order to maximize the visibility of our products to controlling the performance of the team and implementing efficient rosters to include a 24/7 coverage.
As a supervisor i believe in taking the role of mentor and guide for the staff under me and assure that the newcomers t the team are aware of the policies and procedures as per DNATA's regulations.
