Allow me to present myself: Dhafir Abbas Jaafar, Iraqi national, Civil engineer, graduated on 1979 in Iraq, resident in UAE since 1999.
I gained wide range of experience to hold the jobs in building construction, finishes, fit outs and infra-structure, as Project Manager or Construction Manager or Resident Engineer.
My experience was in the fields as contractor, or consultant, or PMC (project management consultant).
Have the ability to control projects in all fields, in management, planning, QA/QC, technical issues, HSE and all the other requirements.
