I am MBA qualified having 5 years experience in Relationship Executive , Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Services. In which 2 years i served in Mobilink Pakistan as Customer Services Representative and then 2 years i worked in Omega Insurance Broker in Dubai as Customer Relationship Manager and right now i am working with Adamjee Insurance Company as Relationship Executive.
I have detailed knowledge and experience of customer handling, maintaining the customer and sales agent record, answering their queries , telling them SOP of the company and its implementation, review the credit and balance amount of the customers, brokers and sales agents , increase the sale of the company products and offers by giving awareness to the customer.
