Civil engineer with twelve years total experience, four of them as site engineer responsible of planning, executing and controlling civil work activities in site and full supervision of labors, material quality and specifications with required tests, review and modify engineering drawings, accurate and timely execution of master plan within approved budget and all day to day activities in sites and send daily or weekly progress reports to project manager or clients, it included high rise buildings, roads, bridges, Power transmission lines, telecom towers , box culverts, concrete drainages and onshore oil and gas field.
The last eight years as civil projects manager responsible for selecting projects, arranging feasibility studies for individual projects ,bidding process ,estimating and tendering ,pre-contract stage ,submitting prequalification documents, pricing and contracting, evaluation process of subcontractors ,progress evaluation , review and quality control, financial management and audit for contracts, cost management and cost control, change management and delay analysis, risk management and risk mitigation techniques.
My special interest and passion about financial and business aspects of projects had led me peruse this specialization by taking master of business administration focuses in finance in the most sophisticated and recognized university in Sudan (University Of Khartoum) .
