Introduction:
I am a Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in the construction industry with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities possessing a wide range of technical skills enjoy being part of a team, as well as managing, motivating and training a productive team thriving in high pressure and challenging working environments.

Contribution to the projects:

My role has been effective, constantly alert to time, cost related and contractual issues, conducting VE exercises and workshops to reduce cost without jeopardizing the quality of the projects, expediting approvals for all design stages including materials submittals liaising with site staff to insure prompt action, proper administration of contracts constantly alerting the client to any gray areas in the special conditions, general conditions and BOQ’s and maintaining full clarity whilst minimizing ambiguities. Created software to monitor, quantify and all aspects of procurement to expedite and enhance the operation related to the final products.
My role has been to manage staff (all disciplines) maintain good relations with the client, contractors and excel projects to a smooth completion and proper handing over.

Areas of Expertise as Site Engineer, Electromechanical coordinator, projects manager and Sr. Electrical Engineer.

 I have been involved in the initial stages of Tender and the Development of all stages of design and administration of contracts.
 Involved in cost management, staffing and scheduling.
 Involved in the procurement of staff.
 Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Responsible for identifying resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
 Responsible for managing day‐to‐day operational aspects of a project and scope.
 Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
 Facilitate team and client meetings effectively scheduling regular status meetings with project teams.
 Effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors.
 Deliver and engage colleagues in well‐organized presentations.
 Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
 Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
 Develop team members as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
 Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
 Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.
 Responsible for scheduling events, programs, activities, as well as allocate roles for each team member.
 Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
 Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
 Manage and review shop drawings, method statement and material submittals.
