I am a project motivated person.
As a manager I am primarily people orientated without losing sight of the objective.
By nature I am very analytical and am able to find and implement a suitable solution to problems I encounter.

Professionally I do the following:

Inside Current Employment:
1. Assist in the tender process by reviewing contractual conditions and conceptual designs.
2. Manage / Assist the relevant departments during Contract Execution.
3.Review and ensure that the design is safe, adequate and fulfills the requirements of the agreed upon specification.
4. Oversee and facilitate the installation and commissioning of the equipment.
5. Liaise with the customer through out where required.

Outside current Employment:
1. Serve on the Technical Committee of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) related to Cranes, Hoists etc.
2. Serves on the committee of the South African Crane Manufacturers Association
3. Write technical articles pertinent to cranes & Lifting equipment.
