• Graduate Mechanical Engineer over 6 years of experience in the professional field.
• Experience in Thermal Insulation process & Inspection for Polyurethane foam application, Fiber Reinforced Plastic application on district cooling piping system and oil & gas application.
• Experience in all thermal insulation property testing related to EN 253 standards
• Thorough knowledge on thermal insulation process and testing related to standards EN 253(Pre insulated bonded pipe system with PIPE assembly of steel service pipe), EN 448(Pre insulated bonded pipe system with FITTING assembly of steel service pipe), EN 488(Pre insulated bonded pipe system with STEEL VALVE assembly of steel service pipe).
• Experience in coating process with thermal spray application on pressure vessels,PFP coating, pipeline coating, field joint coating and heat shrink sleeve coting system wrapping for underground
• Experience in developing Quality System Procedures, Operational Procedures, Project Specific Procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills with trouble shooting, problem identification and solving capabilities.
• Conversant with major international standards such as ASME, ANSI, AWS etc.
• Thorough knowledge on the ISO – 9000 systems and HS & E procedures.
• VALID U.A.E. & INDIAN DRIVING LICENCE.
