I am a Civil Engineer/ Senior Commercial Professional with 20 years of work experience in construction projects and facilities management. I have extensive experience in project commercial management, contracts administration, procurement & tendering, projects cost control, planning and development of major projects. I have been involved in major projects such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Promenade and the Icon Hotel. A trainee member of RICS with excellent understanding of both FIDIC 87 and FIDIC 99 conditions of contracts. For more than 10 years I have been in a senior managerial level in two of the most prestigious organizations in Dubai (NAKHEEL and Engineering Office).
