 Work Experience: 5 Years Purchase/Procurement & Vendor Development.
 Purchase/ procurement of direct and indirect purchasing of mechanical machining component, bought out purchase, consumable purchase, Capital goods or equipment, sheet metal fabricated parts, raw material of solid material and raw material of sheet metal and procurement of light & heavy Machining/manufacturing fabrication items.
 Expertise in Direct Purchasing & Indirect Purchasing.
 New vendor Development
 Negotiating with vendor and cost reduction of item.
 Review Offers and quotes from Vendor technically and commercial and prepare the comparison statement.
 Selection of Vendor As per ABC classification On the Basis of quality, cost and delivery time.
 Knowledge of the various commercial activities including fixation of the rates and the taxes etc. and realizing the P.O.
 Finalization & Making PO in ERP for service components on regular basis and sending the same to Supplier.
 Selection of suppliers through company’s selection process
 Following disputes with suppliers for C Class items (quality, price …).
 MRP running for Consumables items for production (except BOM) and conversion the same in PO as per the requirement.
 Managing & scheduling of deliveries A, B, C and Production Consumables on regular basis with vendors.
 Co-ordination with Production Planning departments for all above items.
 Negotiations with suppliers for costs and sales terms and conditions in order to optimize sourcing costs.
 Collection, validation and updating of technical data for purchases from suppliers (material certificate, datasheet, drawings…) and edition of formats for codification of the items.
 Follows the evolution of prices over time from the major suppliers.
 Find suppliers able to replace the delivery of components.
 Negotiate and purchase equipment and services.
 I have proficient in Computer Application and ERP.
 I am communicating in ENGLISH, HINDI & GUJARATI.
