analysing commercial bids with bid comparisons, Commercial terms and price negotiation
with vendors, issuing LOI / POs, Expediting for documents & deliveries of items &
equipment, coordination with inspection, logistics department.
 Change order management for post order changes, review vendor's intermediate and Final
invoices
 Vendor development and performance evaluation (vendor rating) activities.
 Involvement in preparation of Project procurement strategy, bidder list and project specific
procurement plan.
 Prepare project specific templates for various deliverables of Procurement and develop
negotiation strategy.
 Progress reporting to project team for procurement activities
 Handle non-conformities with vendors.
