Highly competent Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Arbitration and an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying. With 14 years’ experience my career to date has given me a broad base of Commercial Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and Contract Administration experience on a variety of project types including Theme Parks, Healthcare Projects, Luxurious Hotels, Shopping Mall, Retails, Residential Towers & Low-Rise Residential Developments, Airport, Infrastructure & Road Construction Projects, etc. at both pre and post contract stages.
I enjoy working in a team environment and participate effectively and efficiently at team levels in accomplishing tasks.
I have conducted Guest Lectures on “Quantity Surveying Financial Management” for MSc Quantity Surveying students in Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus, UAE and on “Project Financial Control (Post-Contract)” for Level IV Quantity Surveying Undergraduates in University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Besides, I conduct CPDs on “Project Financial Control and Reporting” and “Conflict Avoidance, Management and Dispute Resolution Procedures” for RICS APC candidates group in Dubai, UAE.
