Preparing Schedules (PRIMAVERA P6), Monitoring & Tracking of construction schedule & highlighting anticipated delays as the General Contractor and notifying the client.
Submitting the MIS, Cash flow(S-Curve), weekly / monthly reports & other progress / bottle necks report to the management.
Develop and communicate project control plans, processes and cost / schedule baselines.
Monitor & Coordinate the collection of measurement information, including: resource, cost, schedule, physical progress and integrated earned value performance.
Assess remaining work, select forecast procedures and calculate estimates-to-complete.
Assist Project director in identifying, administering and implementing change management processes and procedures.
Interface with procurement and sub-contractors and update systems with current and remaining commitments.
Create and maintain project risk register and track the release of contingency.
Administer project delivery related contractual obligations including relevant change management and close-out requirements.
Provide expertise in developing project controls tools including resource and physical progress measurement and performance assessment systems; and efficiently integrate with existing cost and schedule systems.
Inviting and processing tenders to Prepare contract documents for execution.
Administrating change control procedures.
Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
Chairing construction progress meetings.
Mentor & Monitor the team of Planning Engineer, QS & Contract Administrators.
Monitoring the Project Direct & Indirect cost.
Issuing payment certificates to the subcontractors and practical completion.
