Designing & Interpretation of Sewerage System Network for a scope of 423 Kms.
Responsible for Scheduling and monitoring using Primavera, Financial budgeting based on resources & fund requirements, preparing technical requirements as per ISO 9001:2008 standards, preparing earned value analysis(EVM),
Establishing methods of execution & planning the requirements (men, materials & machineries) & making practical plans for overcoming anticipated problems.
Client Invoicing, Reconciliation of materials received to site, client co-ordination for timely completion of project, follow up with the consultants for the receipt of drawings in order to open up more work fronts so as to achieve the target.
Preparation of monthly invoice and getting it certified timely.
Developing sub ordinates in planning activities as per management requirement.
Preparation of micro level program, and close interaction with site engineers, arranging the required resources.
The Average Working Capital (AWC) of the project has been achieved significantly by sticking to the collection targets set by the management. Maintaining the GM as per ACE by negotiating with S/C, suppliers, reducing the material wastage and overheads increasing the staff productivity to more than 25 lakh.
Preparation of Detailed Risk Analysis – Access Availability, Labour idling, Resource idling, threat from other system contractors, BOQ Monitoring & Regulations, etc.
Preparation of detailed plan for staff management, labour management, P&M management, bulk materials procurement, Tools and plants requirement, consumable planning and site delivery.
Monitoring the contractual obligations and conditions to ensure compliance during execution.
Alerting the Project Manager for any deviation of the contract or specifications. Preparing rate analysis and cost comparison with similar projects.
Drafting and submitting official letters to client as per the contract.
Weekly updating the construction program with site progress and preparing necessary mitigation/recovery plans (Actual vs Planned).
Monitoring the progress of the project with respect to Key Dates/Milestones and preparing any mitigation plans for any delay foreseen.
Coordination and close interactions with the Design, Site Engineers, Quality, Procurement and the Client.
Identification and Finalization of Sub-Contractors and suppliers.
Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and Compensation Claim.
Detailed study of the contract documents and technical analysis of the Construction Methodology.
Preparation of Technical documents for specifications as per the Tender requirements.
Good understanding and implementation of the financial parameters of a project – cost, sales, margin, working capital, etc.
Completing the task in line with commitment towards the quality and time.
